The typical flavour of the hundred and twenty varieties of apples from the Pays d'Auge area forms the basis of our selection. The split between the four families of bitter, bitter-sweet, sweet and acid gives our calvados their inimitable balance. The range of vintage calvados from Boulard is the result of the ageing of a single batch, without any blending, providing a unique calvados, produced in very small quantities for outstanding enjoyment. Each of our vintages has its own specific character.
