The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Linkwood 24 years old 1996 is a 24 year old Speyside single malt from the Linkwood distillery bottled in the Celebration of the Cask series by independent bottler Carn Mor (Morrison Scotch Whiskey Distillers). This Linkwood was distilled on October 16, 1996 and matured in bourbon barrel 8248. It was bottled on August 2, 2021 at cask strength of 48.6%, non chill filtered and without added coloring, as a limited single cask release of 191 bottles.
Nose: floral honey combines with butterscotch and creamy vanilla.
Taste: the tongue is covered with these rich flavors accompanied by butter babbler and intense sweet spices.
Finish: exceptionally long and a great indulgence.
