This lightly peated Orkney single malt has spent many years maturing in American oak. Addition aging in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask has created a moutherwatering marriage of heathery smoke, honeyed spices, delicious sweet raisins, dates and dried figs. A truly unique and memorable dram.
