The result is a classic gin, complex, perfectly balanced with a fresh, refined taste. To drink on its own, in the perfect gin and tonic or mixed in a cocktail. Daffy's makes its gin using a slow cook distillation process. The distillation takes about 9.5 hours. A job that normally takes 3 hours. This gives Daffy's gin its beautiful taste and refinement, without any form of hardness or burning. The botanicals are soaked for a long time (about 4 days), giving the gin a lot of flavor and depth. Daffy's gin has 43.3% alcohol and a velvety taste.
