The A.D. Rattray Cask Collection Dufftown 11 years old 2009 is an 11 year old Speyside single malt from the Dufftown distillery bottled by the independent bottler A.D. Rattray. This Dufftown was distilled on August 10, 2009 and matured in a bourbon hogshead 700824 followed by a cask Islay sherry edition finish in cask 35319. This Dufftown was bottled on April 12, 2021 at cask strength of 52.5%, non chill filtered and without the addition of dyes, as a limited single cask release of 335 bottles.
Nose: Peach puree with blackcurrant, honeycomb and ash
Taste: damask jam, roasted grapefruit and red apple on the tongue.
Aftertaste: in addition to fruit, also Trappist beer.
