Winemaking notes: Made from estate-grown grapes at our Domaine. Organic farming free of chemical pesticides and fertilizers. Night harvested during September. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature between 24º C and 27º C. It has been gently filtered to keep all natural aromas and characteristics.
Tasting notes: Organic and naturally grown and made, this wine allows the varietal and the terroir to stand out cleanly. It shows a nice cherry colour with a violet shade because of its youth. Red berries and cherries bouquet on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious with long finish.We recommend service at 16º C. A perfect match: all kind of meat and appetizers.
