At Teeling Whiskey we believe in driving the evolution of Irish whiskey through the creation of new and unique expressions. As part of this innovative mission we have developed a new Small Batch Series aimed at capturing the unique character of wine producing regions and their impact on Irish whiskey with our new Sommelier Selection bottlings. Our second release focuses on the Sauternes wine producing region of Bordeaux, France and captures the unique influence the ex-white dessert wine casks has played in the further maturation of our flagship Small Batch Blend. The result is something wholly unique, reinforcing our ambition to craft and create the most interesting of Irish whiskey. This limited edition whiskey as a result has captured a balance of honey-like sweetness with distinctive apricot and peach flavours wholly unique to Irish whiskey.
