Another excellent sherried Ledaig! Bottled under The Single Malts of Scotland label, this whisky was drawn from a single sherry butt in January 2019.
This single cask Ledaig (peated Tobermory) has spent 13 years maturing before being bottled by Elixir Distillers, with an outturn of 622 bottles.
This whisky has decadent notes of rich bonfire smoke, cooked fruits and crème brûlée with subtle notes of smoke and characterisitc engine oil. The palate shows notes of earthy peat, sweet tobacco, vanilla and cherry drops.
