Nose: Through chocolate raisins, sticky barley and black treacle comes Parma Violets and some raspberry.
Palate: Orange oil, dark chocolate and vanilla essence carry over the sweetness from the nose. Blueberry jam develops a sour edge.
Finish: The sourness dissipates and sweet strawberries remain.
