After fermentation, this mead matured for 1.5 years in a port barrel from Portugal.
The barrel aged version of the forest fruit mead! This delicious fruity mead has matured for another year after fermentation in a Jack Daniels Bourbon barrel. A delicious combination of fruit and wood with a beautiful depth.
This mead is made with white grapes, sour cherries and honey. All the liquid in the bottle comes from the white grapes. This mix of honey and white grapes is nice and fresh and sweet and the cherry gives it a delicious sour touch. Delicious as a delicious
