PostNL Netherlands


PostNL will deliver your order within 24 hours, if ordered before 12:00. We use special damage-free packaging, so we can insure you and ourselves of a damage-free delivery. And if a bottle breaks, you will receive a new one, up to €100,- per order!

PostNL International


If you are ordering from outside Holland, we ship your order with PostNL. The shipment fee will automatically be calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Please check internationalparceltracking.com for delivery duration and tracking.

International shipments are standard insured up to €200,- outsite Europe and €500,- within Europe.

Taxes outsite Europe


Orders from outside Europe will be sent by the system of DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that the local customs can charge the receiver with import duty's and other taxes. Please keep in mind that Slijterij Vonk is not responsible for paying this.

Pickup


Choose pickup if you want to pickup your order the same day in our store! You don't have to pay a shipment fee, and most of the time you order will be ready within an hour!

 

Returns


You can return your order within 14 days, without a reason. 

 

Instructions

  1. Notice us of your return, by opening a ticket via your account
  2. As soon as we processed your reqest, you will receive an RET number
  3. Make sure the RET number is included in your shipment
  4. Ship the articles to our address
  5. As soon as your order is accepted, you will receive your order amount minus the shipping costs back
You can also drop off your return at our store, but make sure you have an RET number!

  • Unopened bottles without damage

What can't you return:

  • Opened bottles
  • Damaged bottles
  • Products with a broken seal
  • Broken bottles (for your own safety, please check below)
 

 

Broken bottle?

Is a bottle you ordered broken? Don't send it back! Please contact us, so we can send you a new one! Conditions may apply, based on the situation.
