This whiskey is the first edition of the first release from the Hook Head farm. Distilled in 2017, bottled in February 2021 and aged for 3 years, 8 months and 25 days. No coloring, no chill filtration or additives.
This Single Malt Tsunuki has begun its journey in 2020. For the second bottling of this single malt from Mars disillery, there is decided to bring forward its "Peatiness" - the element that was rather hidden in the last whisky.
