Aroma: A vibrant introduction to Springbank's flagship dram with a distinct cereal note, along with notes of gooseberry, mango, vanilla bean, grape, and honeycomb.
Palate: The fruit and cereal notes continue on the palate with notes of oat flakes, malted barley, and orange pulp. Notes of heather honey, hard toffee, nutmeg, and cinnamon develop.
Finish: A characteristic sea salt note and a hint of peat smoke round out this dram.
