The current generation of the Morrison family has long been known as an independent bottler of Mac-Talla, Old Perth, and Càrn Mòr, among others. But as is often the case, blood is thicker than water. Composition:

50% first-fill bourbon barrels
50% first-fill sherry casks
48% Laureat malt
52% Golden Promise malt

Tasting note
Color: dark gold and reddish-brown. Nose: Apple pie and toffee mingle with red fruit, peach, juicy sultana raisins, and fragrant spices.

Taste: Spicy with a delicious coating on the tongue and throat. Oak spices with light pepper, dark red fruit, dark chocolate, and dark spices.

Finish: Wonderfully long and coating. The spicy spices combine beautifully with dark red fruit and oak. Already a classic.
