Tasting notes:
Nose: Strawberries and raspberries with vanilla cream, cocoa powder, candied almonds, nutmeg, fruit scone, red berries, caramel sea salt bar.
Palate: Cinnamon sweet with cedar, salted nuts and chocolate biscuits. Then toffee, rosemary, pine needles and strawberries with black pepper. A very nice sweet/salty combination.
Finish: Not too long, not too heavy, but very tasty and slightly drying.
