This is a single cask bottling of rum from Diamond distillery in Guyana, selected by Adelphi Distillery Limited for their 30th Birthday. This Rum is uber fruity on the nose with tropical fruit aromas of mango, passionfruit and some banana. But don't forget the white pepper, some raisins and stewed fruit.
Distilled in 2010, bottled in 2023, 1 of only 241 bottles.
