Sunny Pays d’Oc is popular with both wine drinkers and winemakers. The terroir and climate of the region are ideal for allowing grapes to fully ripen, and for producing distinctive wines for all types of consumers at an attractive price. Well-known red grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot also thrive here. Beaurempart produces generous and concentrated red wines that appeal to a wide audience.
CLIMATE & TERROIR: Pays d'Oc enjoys a Mediterranean climate with warm summers and mild winters. Nights are cool, and the soil consists of limestone and clay.
WINIFICATION: The grapes are regularly tested for ripeness and are only harvested when fully ripe. They are destemmed and crushed and
then fermented in concrete vats. The wine matures for several
months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 13.50%
NOTE & TASTE: Deep-colored ruby-red wine with an elegant
bouquet of blackcurrant, plum, green pepper, and subtle notes of
vanilla and toffee. The palate is generous and juicy, and the finish
is velvety smooth.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious with tournedos with
roasted garlic potatoes, marinated spareribs, grilled
vegetables, and spicy cheeses.
