Bottega S.p.A. was founded in 1977 by Aldo Bottega as a grappa distillery. In 1992, after years of research into the production of smoother and richer distillates, the company released its first prosecco. Since then, Bottega has grown into a family-owned company that produces and exports quintessential Italian drinks and food products worldwide. Bottega Brut Millesimato is a charming sparkling wine, obtained thanks to a specific oenological technique that creates elegant bubbles and a refined perlage. Thanks to these bubbles, which stimulate the taste buds and enhance the tasting experience, sparkling wines are versatile and easy to pair.
Vinification
This wine is a blend of various grapes, including Glera, Chardonnay, and Pinot Nero, sourced from vineyards with a mild climate, favorable exposure, and well-draining calcareous clay soils.
Aroma & Flavor
The color is bright yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is fruity with notes of apple and peach, complemented by elegant floral notes of acacia. The palate is dry, lively, fresh, soft, and juicy with a beautifully balanced acidity.
Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or in cocktails, and pairs well with light appetizers, fish, and white meat.
