Stirk Brothers

Without the unencumbered, free-fettled and frankly at times, zany pursuant of the independent spirit within the drinks industry little would have changed. We may all be drinking one of just a few beers, probably a gin or two, a handful of blended Scotch's and our local haunt would have a red and just possibly a white wine too.
Thankfully that is not the case, and instead the world of drinks positively bristles with independent talent bursting the seams and confronting the normal. Great minds have brought us great brands and our little shop in the small but picturesque village of Thornhill, Dumfries & Galloway is a little haven of such thinkers. We aim to stock what interests us and from time to time will have our independent offerings to put side by side with the other greats.
