The Cask Speyside 12 years old Sherry Finish is a Speyside single malt from an undisclosed distillery bottled by independent bottler A.D. Rattray. This Speysider has matured in bourbon barrels followed by a sherry cask finish and is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
Nose: tart, berry jam, and apple crumble
Taste: frangipane, spiced plum and orange cake
