Flavor Profile
Delicate and refined, with floral notes of lime blossom, eucalyptus, and menthol, followed by citrus (pear, grapefruit), fresh brioche, and a distinct minerality. The mousse is fine and long, with a clear, harmonious, and dry saline (extra-brut) character.
Production & Origin
The grapes—55% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier—are sourced from Grand and Premier Cru plots in the Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. The wine is aged in oak barrels and on lie, without fining or filtration; after aging, a second fermentation follows in bottle with a 2 g/l dosage.
Maison Jacquesson, founded in 1798 and led by the Chiquet family since 1974, stands for terroir-focused, sustainable viticulture, and innovative cuvées.
