The wine is deep ruby red in color, smells and tastes of delicious small ripe red fruit, spices, cedar and vanilla. A pleasant soft wine fruity wine.
The grapes come from 30 to 35 year old vines. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 9 to 12 months in oak barrels.
A delicious Bordeaux that comes into its own with a delicious piece of meat such as entrecotes.
