Château Marquis de Terme is located in the center of Margaux, next to Château
Rauzan Gassies and Château Rauzan Ségla. The château has been owned by the Sénéclauze family since 1935, and it was Ludovic David, a former employee of
Bernard Magrez, who became its general manager and initiated the transition to
higher quality since the 2009 vintage. A completely renovated chais, improved triage, and slower extraction have significantly improved the quality of
the latest vintages. Moreover, Château Marquis de
Terme remains a very affordable Margaux.
