Tasting Notes
Nose: Zesty lemon curd and Cointreau, softened by gentle licorice, a hint of old bookcase, caraway seeds, and dark chocolate.
Palate: Decadent and layered — chocolate-covered cherry, apple strudel, fresh mint, eucalyptus, roasted pecans, and dulce de leche.
Finish: Long, bright, yet full-bodied, with a drying, lingering complexity.
