Rum Sponge Edition No.13 is a single barrel of Clarendon 2007, aged for 15 years and bottled with a fair chunk of reduction at 57.1%.
Originally this stock was up at 67%, which is patently outrageous so we improved/ruined, it depending on your point of view, with some dilution. We are very happy with the result as we feel it brings out more exuberant tropical fruitiness on top of all those jangly coastal and ester notes.
Overall another funky, fun, fruity and charismatic young Jamaican.
