El Jolgorio Madrecuixe is a traditional pit-roasted mule-powered millstone, crushed agave, and twice-distilled mezcal from Mexico. Madrecuixe agave belongs to the Karwinskii species. The large size and shape ensure a high sugar concentration, which gives this mezcal its softness and subtle aroma.
