El Jolgorio Mezcal Tobala is perhaps the most precious agaves to be found, this plant grows at high altitudes for a period of 12 to 15 years. This relatively small agave plant provides a very aromatic mezcal. Nice to know: The Tobala is becoming increasingly rare due to its small size and long growth period.
