Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks and takes four weeks. Then the wine is transferred to new and used 225 liter oak barrels where it matures for 6 months. During this period the malolactic or lactic acid fermentation also takes place. Well-perfumed wine with citrus, honey and flower notes.
With enough tension, the right acid balance and a refreshing aftertaste, this wine can easily be counted among the most elegant in the world. For those who have a lot of patience: five years of bottle aging is recommended.
