This single malt from Glen Elgin spent 13 years maturing in a refill oloroso sherry hogshead between 2011 and 2025. The cask was cracked open by independent bottler Adelphi, releasing a total of 255 bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.
Tasting notes
Nose: Cloves in orange, peach tea, daylily, sangria, strawberry jam, spring onion.
Palate: Sparkling, white peach, white chocolate with cardamom, salted cashew.
Finish: Lively but syrupy, long and smooth.
