A 33 year old Port Ellen from the Rare Old collection, matured in Refill Sherry Butts.
Sweet with smoked fish notes, citrus lemon and charred oak aromas develop. The palate is smoky with green apples and lime flavours. The finish is long, sweet and smoky.
