Matured in a Sherry oak butt from Jerez, Spain. Complex and fruity nose. Guava, sticky toffee and western red cedar. Smooth and rich with dark chocolate, banana cake and cinnamon. Long and developing finish with blood oranges, pine nuts, cherries and plentiful spice.
