A fresh and fruity cava with a golden color and a fine mousse. Subtle flavors of some tropical fruit and blossom. Very complex due to the long maturation of 25 to 30 months, with a pronounced freshness and a delicate aftertaste.
It is a very versatile cava, ideal as an aperitif with toast, seafood, carpaccio or creamy soups, but also with rice, fish or white meat dishes.
