The 100% Islay 12th Edition was distilled rom our 2011, 2012 and 2013 barley harvests before being matured for a minimum of 8 years in 29 bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso sherry butts. The combination of lightly peated barley matured in both bourbon and sherry casks create an intense balance of floral sweetness, layers of rich fruity character and soft maritime peat smoke.
