Kilchoman is true to the island's rich farm distilling heritage, using local peat cut in the traditional way, slowly distilling by hand, maturing in traditional dunnage warehouses and bottling on site. This, our first generational release of a 16 year old bottling, is a vatting of bourbon and sherry casks personally selected by distillery founder, Anthony Wills.
