Kilchoman's first official Cognac Cask Matured limited edition was distilled in 2016 and matured in 31 barriques previously used to mature Cognac. Maturation in ex-Cognac casks has added notes of pear, apricots and hints of mixed spices which pair beautifully with Kilchoman's natural citrus sweetness and maritime peat smoke.
