The Genesis series tells the story of the creation of Kilchoman whisky. From barley to bottle, each stage of the whisky-making process has a profound influence on the character of our whisky. Stage 2 is the malting, this release is produced from a combination of Concerto and Laureate barley malted here at Kilchoman and Concerto barley malted by Port Ellen maltings.
