An exciting heavily peated single malt from the Fife distillery of InchDairnie. Every winter at the distillery, this special recipe is followed for not even a full week. Only Fife grown barley is used, then peated to a PPM of no less than 50. The spirit is then aged in refill American oak casks for a minimum of eight years.
