FAMILIA KOCH EL MEZCAL
Our origins date back to the time of the Mexican Revolution, when our founder Carlos Moreno's family began their journey into the world of mezcal. Today, we continue to grow and are proud to collaborate with more than 52 producer families from 18 communities in the state of Oaxaca, giving us an international presence in more than 16 countries.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas: Marked minerality with dried tobacco leaves, aromas of melon and ripe peaches, with hints of cacao and cinnamon.
Palate: Sweet at first with a short finish and a sumptuous texture, with flavors of dark chocolate, dried chili flakes, fresh mushrooms, and clove on the finish.
