FAMILIA KOCH EL MEZCAL
Our origins date back to the time of the Mexican Revolution, when the family of our founder, Carlos Moreno, began their journey into the world of mezcal. Today, we continue to grow and are proud to collaborate with more than 52 producer families from 18 communities in the state of Oaxaca, giving us an international presence in more than 16 countries.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas: Subtle notes of fresh herbs from the countryside, and delicate hints of wood, sawdust, resin, and pine.
Palate: Notes of jalapeño, wet stones, and citrus fruits. On the mid-palate, herbaceous flavors and black pepper, finishing with a light smoky meat flavor and a medium persistence.
