FAMILIA KOCH EL MEZCAL
Our origins date back to the time of the Mexican Revolution, when our founder Carlos Moreno's family began their journey into the world of mezcal. Today, we continue to grow and are proud to collaborate with more than 52 producer families from 18 communities in the state of Oaxaca, giving us an international presence in over 16 countries.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas: Sea breeze, with floral notes of jasmine and chamomile, followed by an aroma of coconut milk and hazelnut, with hints of pear, star fruit, and soursop. The finish is herbal with touches of oregano, basil, and a slight hint of roasted pineapple.
On the palate: A combination of banana, melon, apple compote with nutmeg, burnt sugar, and a touch of sweet wood smoke. Frugal notes of creamy yogurt on the finish.
