The Kyoto Distillery was founded in 2016 and is Japan's first dedicated gin distillery. Our flagship KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin has won international wine and spirits competition trophy for best contemporary gin, whilst the distillery has been awarded a trophy as international gin producer of the year.

Classic KI NO BI, contains 11 botanicals including yuzu, gyokuro tea and ginger, grouped by flavour into what we call the 6 elements, which are macerated and distilled separately, before being blended together with Fushimi water.
KI NO BI SEI, an amplified version of our classic, with higher alcohol strength and a greater concentration of the same 11 botanicals. Outstanding in a gin & tonic or a negroni.
KI NO TEA, a unique expression bursting with intense aromas and depth of flavour from the finest tencha and gyokuro, grown in the Uji region of Kyoto.
