Laurent-Perrier is recognized worldwide as one of the most renowned champagne houses. Each cuvée in the range has its own history and personality. Under his leadership, the company grew into a champagne house of renown and stature. His two daughters, Stéphanie and Alexandra, have successfully taken over their father's leadership. CLIMATE & TERROIR: Champagne has a cool climate and is
famous for its chalky Kimmeridge soils.
WINIFICATION: Champagne method; the wine is secondly fermented in
the bottle for four years. The Cuvée Brut has a dosage of 8 g/l.
GRAPES: Chardonnay (55%), Pinot Noir (35%), Pinot Meunier (10%)
ALCOHOL: 12.00%
NOISE & TASTE: An open, intense, and golden champagne with
a fine, long-lasting mousse. A delicate aroma of citrus,
white flowers, peach, and quince. The finish is round, fresh, and
intense.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Due to its elegant style, this wine is a
perfect aperitif. Also delicious with, for example, raw
tuna tartare with samphire, oysters, poultry, and the finest fish. FACT: The more than 50% Chardonnay, almost double that of an average Champagne, gives this Champagne Brut a unique personality.
