Glera, traditionally present in the area that now bears the DOCG appellation Asolo Prosecco Superiore, thrives here on soils of varying composition: from soils formed from sandstone, clayey and deep, to soils formed by fluvioglacial erosion, which are lighter and contain a significant contribution of rock.
Color: Bright straw yellow.
Perlage: Fine grain, elegant, long-lasting.
Aroma: Intense, with elegant notes of white flowers such as wisteria and acacia, and yellow fruit such as Golden Delicious apples.
Taste: Fresh and lively, with good structure. On the palate, the balance between softness, acidity, and flavor is excellent.
