Glera, traditionally present in the area that now bears the DOCG appellation Asolo Prosecco Superiore, thrives here on soils of varying composition: from soils formed from sandstone, clayey and deep, to soils formed by fluvioglacial erosion, which are lighter and contain a significant contribution of rock.
Color: bright straw yellow.
Perlage: fine grain.
Aroma: delicate notes of white flowers such as acacia and white flesh, light lemon peel on the finish.
Taste: medium full-bodied, characterized by an interesting balance between juiciness, freshness, and a particularly dry and fresh finish.
