The Mac-Talla Lighthouse Edition 2025 is an Islay single malt from an undisclosed distillery, bottled by independent bottler Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers. The Lighthouse bottling is available exclusively from Morrison's Lighthouse partners worldwide and is an annual release. This 2025 edition is the second, matured in bourbon barrels (37%), Oloroso sherry (40%), Bordeaux wine (15%), Pedro Ximenez sherry (8%), and then finished in virgin oak casks. These were bottled in 2025 at cask strength of 54.7% ABV, non-chill-filtered, and with no added color, as a limited small-batch release.

Nose: Treacle toffees and milk chocolate. Subtle dried fruit and a hint of spice.
Palate: Chewy caramels dipped in milk chocolate, balanced with peat smoke and gentle wood spice.
Finish: peat smoke with caramel some dried fruit notes and lingering spices
