The “Clos de la Chapelle” is located inside the “Morgeot” climat behind an old chapel; it is a Monopoly of the Duc de Magenta Domain. The soil is deep, with predominant marl and clay, which gives it a red wine character. Some of the vines are very old. This wine is entirely vinified and distributed by Maison Louis Jadot on the basis of a long-term exclusive contract.
