Nose: “Golden Syrup” honey with blooming lilies and roses. Then fresh scented peat with salty influences after which almonds and hazelnuts take over and combine wonderfully with the previous.
Taste: a delicious, deep combination of heather flowers, soft peat smoke and roasted nuts. The flavors remain on the tongue glowing wonderfully without becoming sharp or heavy.
Finish: so deliciously flavorful with honey, flowers, nuts, heather and a pinch of peat smoke.
