A very clean and mineralic nose with brine, rockpools, lemon peel, gooseberry, and green apple, with a hint of smouldering, bonfire, the peat smoke rushes to the fore on the palate, alongside lime, grapefruit and creamy vanilla, smoked citrus fruits linger on the finish.
