Rich shows an exceptional roundness and sweetness, the nuances and complexity of which are enhanced by the addition of selected ingredients such as pineapple, grapefruit peel, cucumber or pepper, and ice. The pinot noir so characteristic of Veuve gains a new versatility through the higher dosage, while a greater share of meunier emphasizes the fresh, fruity and lush notes.
