Samurai Saké Junmai Daiginjo
Samurai Rice Sake from the Asahikawa Distillery in Hokkaido has a deep and complex flavour thanks to the use of very pure rice grains. Traditionally, sake is drunk cold, warm or with ice, as the Samurai used to drink it, but it also goes well with soda water and/or lime juice. Sake is recommended for cocktails, but also with sushi, sashimi, seafood and salmon tartare.
